Responsibilities
- Provide email and chat support to clients/customers during US business hours.
- Respond to queries promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, escalating to relevant teams when necessary.
- Document interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain professionalism and adaptability while handling customer concerns.
Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems is an advantage.
