Responsibilities
  • Provide email and chat support to clients/customers during US business hours.
  • Respond to queries promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, escalating to relevant teams when necessary.
  • Document interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain professionalism and adaptability while handling customer concerns.
Preferred Skills
  • Prior experience in customer or technical support is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently while following company policies and guidelines.
