Role Overview

D3V Technology Solutions is seeking a high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing global sales team. We specialize in Google Cloud, AI innovation, and software modernization, helping businesses solve complex technology challenges.

This role is ideal for a true hunter—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys outbound sales, and is excited about building a pipeline for cutting-edge cloud and AI solutions. The focus is on high-volume outbound outreach and opportunity qualification for our sales leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform 50–100 outbound activities per day, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Identify and qualify SMB and Mid-Market companies facing cloud, productivity, and digital transformation challenges
  • Introduce prospects to the value of Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and AI-driven solutions
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools
  • Accurately update lead details, activities, and notes in the CRM to ensure data integrity
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, cold calling, or BDR/SDR roles
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory)
  • Results-driven, resilient, and comfortable working with daily activity targets and rejection
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar prospecting tools
  • Willingness to work in night shifts
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
